He is also a Human Resources Practitioner as well as Talent Acquisition Consultant heading TAG HR staffing both subsidiaries of TAG Ltd.
Alfred has a combination of 18+ years of experience in Media and Human Resources Consulting. As a result of his behind the scenes excellent managerial and consulting acumen, He is a very much sought after Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiter.

Mrs. Barbara Obeng is a well-vested result driven and team orientated Human Resources Professional with 15 years of experience in the Hospitality, Retail, Early Years Education & Telecommunication sector.
She has excellent credentials and hands-on attitude with experience in developing and coaching leaders and teams to enhance individual and organizational performance.
She is a resilient leader in driving organizational change, total employee engagement, and advocating the vision, mission, and values of corporate organizations.
Barbara is experienced and creative in designing, facilitating learning and development solutions to ensure talent retention and development within the leadership team and employees alike.
With her strong background in Employee Relations – as a trainer – she uses her skills to advise, guide, and influence decisions according to Employment Law and a strong advocate for equal opportunities at the workplace.
Barbara brings her influential business acumen to The Alpersol Group both as a partner and promoter of new initiatives to overcome organizational challenges. She’s very dedicated to achieving financial goals, controlling costs, attracting and retaining talent with company objectives at the forefront.
Mrs. Obeng is a Charted Member of CIPD, Human Resources, holds a Digital Marketing Diploma CPD. DISC Behavioral Styles Skill Success. Professional Life Coaching Certificate and a Psychology Diploma and currently studying to gain a Level 7 qualification as a Counsellor.

Mrs. Zenobia Mensah-Awah, with her wealth of HR experience on the local Ghanaian front – serves as the Ghana HR Manager & Business Development of the TAG Ltd. She has her bachelor’s in Human Resources from KNUST and has many HR on the job courses under her academic portfolio.
She exemplifies what a professional HR partner is. Her working experience of over 10 years in managing many project teams from different industries sets her apart as a talent acquisition specialist with the unique eye for the brightest candidates. She brings dynamic, logical and practical management consultancy skills to TAG Ltd and its subsidiaries.
She continues to be a resourceful contributing partner to the continuous and ever growing success story of TAG Ltd within our catchment area of Ghana and West African region.

Marquita, is an editorial management and contributing editor with TAG MEDIA. She is a journalist with over 20 years of experience in the media. Also an astute journalist with the eyes for relevant news – wherever it can be found. An award-winning journalist who has covered issues from all sectors of the economy.
As a contributing editor and member of the editorial board, Marquita brings the great and versatile wealth of media knowledge into the editorial boardroom of TAG MEDIA.
